Christina Jordan is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, chemical and mechanical arts.

She assists in the preparation of opinions related to validity, infringement, and freedom to operate.

Her experience also includes interferences, reexamination proceedings and performing intellectual property due diligence investigations.

She has more than seven years of laboratory research experience in the fields of molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry and chemistry.

This experience includes three years in research and development of protein therapeutics for inflammatory diseases at Xencor, Inc.

She is currently an Associate Editor of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Litigation News. She was Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Journal of Law & Gender, in which she was also published.
