Elizabeth LeeAssociate Elizabeth Lee’s practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the biological, chemical, pharmaceutical, biochemical and biotechnological arts. Ms. Lee has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of national and foreign patent application. Prior to joining Lucas & Mercanti, Ms. Lee assisted in all aspects of pretrial and trial preparation work for a non-profit organization and gained experience in some transactional law work. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean.
