Lucas & Mercanti LLP announced today that Elizabeth Lee D’Amore has been elected partner.

Ms. Lee D’Amore joined the firm in 2008 as an associate in its Biotechnology & Life Sciences practice. Her work at Lucas & Mercanti focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the biological, chemical, pharmaceutical, biochemical and biotechnological arts, as well as providing clients with opinions related to validity, infringement and freedom to operate. She also maintains an active US and foreign trademark practice. Fluent in English, Spanish and Korean, Ms. Lee D’Amore represents a number of the firm’s clients based outside the U.S.

She received her J.D. degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her Masters of Science in Biology from Rutgers University.
